Swatpro apprenticeships training continues during the COVID 19 outbreak
As you know we are in unprecedented times. The Country is in ‘lockdown’ and we are unsure how long this will last. It is so important that each of us maintains the self-distancing or self-isolating requirements so that our wellbeing is maintained.
As long as your apprentices are employed, either in work or working from home, or are furloughed they can continue with their off the job training skills, knowledge and behaviour elements of their apprenticeship.
I want to reassure you that it is business as normal, with a little tweaking around the way we deliver our training. We have adapted how we apply our learning for your apprentices so that we keep in touch frequently and deliver our training remotely.
We ask that Levy employers do not apply the ‘pause’ or ‘stop’ functions without first contacting us as this has major implications on the apprenticeship.
We work with our End Point Assessment organisations on an apprentice by apprentice basis to ensure that the minimum of disruption occurs.
We will keep in contact with you regularly. We ask that you keep in contact with us too, to let us know the employment status of each of your apprentices and if this changes for any reason, we need to know.
Please keep in contact with your tutor. If you are unable to contact them for any reason then please contact us through our central email firstname.lastname@example.org or through our main switchboard 01392 437659.
