Rod Davis is the CEO of Swatpro, responsible for the strategic direction of the business.

Pilar Diaz-Caneja

Pilar Diaz-Caneja is the Director of MIS, and responsible for making sure that we meet the relevant funding guidelines.

Dee Vickers

Dee Vickers is our Head of Training, with responsibiity for all the Swatpro Academies.

With an BA(Hons) in Education, and as an openly transgender person, Dee strongly believes that everyone should be supported to achieve within a safe learning environment.

Sarah Abbott

Sarah Abbott is the Contracts & Quality Manager and ensures a quality provision across our partners and in Academies too!

Kathy Harrison-Ford

Kathy Harrison-Ford is our Safeguarding Lead, providing help and support for us and our partners on all matters relating to British Values, Prevent, Safeguarding, health and wellbeing.

Brian Sims is one of our engineering colleages, teaching apprentices at our workshops in Yate, Bristol.

Steve Beck, Engineering

Steve Beck is our roving engineer, supporting apprentices in the employer workplace, after they have completed the first year in the workshop.

Dave Stretton is one of our engineering workshop instructors and assessors.

Amy Fenegan looks after the business skills apprenticeships. Amy also supports the learners that she works with, with their functional skills English.

Amy also carries out IQA work within the Academies too.

Adele Brayley-Duncan

Adele Brayley-Duncan delivers on some of our business administration, management and leadership apprenticeships. She also assists with IQA work, alongside Amy.

Kerry Huxtable

Kerry Huxtable is the newest member of the team, working in the Bristol region, delivering business skills and customer service apprenticeships.

She has a background in law and working within the criminal justice system.

The Functional Skills Team

Luke Bishop, functional skills tutor.

Luke Bishop is one of our functional skills maths tutors, based at Taunton.

He's mad keen on sport and plays at a national level.

She's quite literally barking mad... as she absolutely adores her two dogs!

Hospitality & Catering

Del Anning, hospitality and catering tutor.

Del Anning is our hospitality and catering tutor, working with employers to support their apprentices.

Del also delivers functional skills maths to learners.

The Health & Social Care Team

Anne Lee, health & social care tutor.

Anne Lee is one of our health and social care tutors, covering Level 2 to Level 5 qualifications.

Rachel Chalker works behind the scenes, ensuring that information is entered into the system correctly. Quite frankly, she is amazing at supporting the tutors and employers, providing an efficient and effective service to all.

Elly Kidd, administrative support.

Elly Kidd works with Rachel, ever present in the background as an important link between the tutors and the management information system.

Emma Raucki supports the Health & Social Care, providing a link between employers and the MIS team.
