Coaching is a way of leading in a non-directive manner, helping people to learn through deep listening and reflective, open questions rather than instructing, giving advice or making suggestions

Keen interest in implementing a coaching culture
English and Maths
GCSE grade 4 and above or equivalent

Principles of coaching, the role of the professional coach, strategies for delivering coaching and professional coaching practice. Also includes management and leadership influences and coaching the team at work
