Swatpro is a not‑for‑profit training organisation delivering high‑quality apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps and vocational courses across the South West. Our academies and specialist training partners operate throughout Cornwall, Devon, Dorset, Somerset, Wiltshire, Gloucestershire, Bath and Bristol, offering local expertise with regional reach.
We are one of the largest independent training providers in the region, offering apprenticeships, Skills Bootcamps, online and in‑person short courses, full‑cost qualifications and bespoke training solutions for individuals and business.

Our Provision
The Swatpro Academies work across the South West of England and specialise in apprenticeships and job training for the hospitality and catering industry, business administration and customer service, leadership, management and engineering.
Our Partners
South West Association of Training Providers Ltd (Swatpro) was formed in 2011 as a partnership of employers and training providers to provide an effective, not-for-profit, efficient, and cost-effective training provider partnership supporting employers and learners predominantly, but not exclusively within the South West.
The partnership came together initially to respond to the minimum contract levels introduced from the Skills Funding Agency; enabling providers with smaller valued contracts to come together to continue to provide access to further and higher education and permanent employment. The not-for-profit approach, low service fee and surplus distribution into learning is seen as a sound working model. The partnership offers apprenticeships, advanced learner loans and full cost provision.
