Think about the repetitive tasks that fill a working week: entering data, transferring information between systems, pulling together reports or chasing routine updates. Learning how to use AI and automation effectively could help you simplify those tasks, reduce duplication and improve productivity.
The aim is to support people in their roles: building the skills to identify where automation can help, check the results and keep human judgement at the centre.
For learners, it’s an opportunity to develop skills you can put into practice. For employers, it’s a chance to build expertise within your team and make improvements to everyday workflows.

Before any teaching can truly begin, a crucial part of my role is to help break down these barriers, rebuild self-belief and create a positive learning environment where learners feel supported and able to succeed.

This autumn, take your next step: making time for your career
Autumn often brings a renewed sense of purpose. As routines settle and the end of the year comes into view, it is a good time to pause and reflect, recognise what you have achieved and think about what comes next. Whether you are starting an apprenticeship, developing your skills in your current role or considering a change of direction, you do not need to have your whole career mapped out. A useful starting point is knowing what matters to you and identifying one practical next step.
