Foundation Apprenticeships are designed to support young people into work while building the technical, employability, English and maths skills needed for long-term success. For employers, they offer a practical way to bring in new staff, develop workplace behaviours early, and create a clearer pipeline into full apprenticeships and future progression.
This is particularly relevant for sectors facing recruitment pressures and looking for accessible ways to grow their workforce. Foundation Apprenticeships can help employers offer structured, supported entry points while strengthening retention, confidence and readiness for the next stage of training or employment.
Swatpro are pleased to offer the Hospitality Foundation Apprenticeship in the Devon, Dorset, and Somerset area.
