This month, we are delighted to announce that our Apprentice of the Month is Cara from RCPA, Taunton.
Cara has recently achieved a distinction at her end-point assessment! Cara was a dedicated and committed apprentice throughout her study, and it has been a pleasure working with her and the employer.
All the best for your next chapter, Cara!

More Than an Apprenticeship: Swatpro Inclusion Champions and the Swatpro Six
An apprenticeship is about developing the knowledge and skills needed for your chosen occupation or sector—but it is also about growing personally and professionally. At Swatpro, personal development is an important part of every apprentice’s journey. Through the Swatpro Six, we encourage apprentices to develop the wider knowledge, behaviours and attitudes that will help them succeed in the workplace, contribute positively to their communities and prepare for their future careers.
