As CEO of Swatpro, I am proud to lead an organisation dedicated to helping people and businesses thrive through high‑quality, employer‑focused training. We believe in partnership, integrity, and continuous improvement. I and the team are committed to fostering a culture where our learners feel supported, our partners feel valued, and our team is empowered to deliver excellence every day.

I have worked in education all my life, I have worked in FE (funding side of it) for more than 25 years and before that I used to be a school teacher. I believe learning while doing a job is the best way to learn, what can be better than combining real work with training and study and getting paid at the same time? I feel passionate about learning; I am a positive person and supportive.

With 20 years in Further Education, I’m passionate about creating real opportunities for people to progress and succeed — and I’m a big believer in learning that’s strengthened through workplace experience. I’m driven by culture and people: building a workplace where we can succeed, grow, and feel valued. Outside of work, I’m a mum, a runner, and a WI member.

I am extremely passionate about safeguarding children, young people and vulnerable adults and with the focus on supporting people to build their careers through apprenticeships makes it even more worthwhile. Outside of work, I do love a good karaoke and dancing kizomba and salsa.

I’m passionate about engineering and committed to helping employers and learners develop confident, highly skilled staff and apprentices. My role focuses on supporting our delivery team to ensure exceptional learning experiences, with a strong emphasis on both knowledge and practical application. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and regularly take part in Parkrun.

My aim is to provide advice & guidance to support care employers and their care team to meet their training & development requirements, to access the most appropriate funded learning wherever possible and to reduce the cost of training & progression for their organisation. In my spare time I can usually be found enjoying a round of golf or exploring some of the fantastic cities of Europe.

I work with my colleagues to review performance, identify improvement opportunities, and promote consistent quality standards, supporting continuous improvement and strong outcomes. I’m a huge advocate for apprenticeships. I began my career with a Level 2 Customer Service apprenticeship, and it showed me just how many opportunities can grow from that starting point.

I am known for being patient, well organised, and learner focused, and I enjoy encouraging individuals to challenge themselves and reach their full potential. I am passionate about fostering growth and success in others, both academically and personally. Outside of work, I enjoy gardening and photography, interests that reflect my creativity and attention to detail.

I’m a Mechanical Engineering Workshop Instructor with over 40 years of engineering experience and specialised expertise in high precision turning. I’m passionate about passing on my engineering knowledge and skills to all learners so they can become skilled engineers. My favourite pastime is sporting clay shooting.

I am passionate about helping the young people of today achieve their potential within the engineering sector and assist them to develop into becoming valued members of our society. Outside work I am a committed Christian, enjoy wildlife (particularly birds), music & railways.

I have been in training for the last 7 years. I am passionate about helping and supporting my learners and graduates. My moto has always been to care for my learners, share my experience and prepare them for their future in engineering. Outside of work I enjoy motorcycling, fishing and traveling.

For the past 8 years, he has led workshop instruction and assessment, guiding first-year apprentices through practical skills essential for their four-year programs. I am passionate about making learning engaging and enjoyable, ensuring learners gain strong foundational knowledge. Outside work, I enjoy reading and 3D printing projects.

I enjoy helping all our learners progress through their apprenticeship and help them build confidence and skills for their future career.Before I worked as an instructor for Swatpro I have spent 25 years in the industry making aerospace parts at various companies in Bristol. Outside of work I enjoy going to the gym and cooking.

As an educator, I am passionate about sharing practical, industry led experience and supporting apprentices to develop strong technical skills, professional standards, and a mindset for long-term success. Outside of work, I enjoy chess and exploring the philosophy of mind and technology.

I also provide quality support within my role as an IQA. Apprenticeships combine learning and earning in a way that genuinely changes lives—and that’s why I love working in this field!

I also deliver apprenticeships in Management up to level 5 and Business Administration. What led me into teaching is my passion for sharing knowledge and supporting individuals in their professional and personal growth

I have experience teaching both in person as well as remotely using Microsoft Teams. The majority of my teaching is done on a 1 to 1 basis. My job satisfaction comes from watching learners build confidence and knowledge, which hopefully leads to success in their exams. In my spare time I enjoy most sports and going to music gigs. I play squash competitively at national level.

I have over 35 years experience in the Health Care Sector and have been in the FE sector for 25 + years. I am passionate about learning and providing the support and opportunities to help individuals to succeed in their workplace and in learning. Outside of work, I have a grown-up family and soon to become a Nanny. I love walking and listening to my other favourite pastime - music.

I help learners not only to achieve their qualifications, but also to develop the skills and knowledge needed to progress in their careers. I am deeply committed to supporting individuals with learning and physical disabilities to maintain their independence and meet their care and support needs.

I have worked in the care sector since 1997 and in further education since 2007. I am committed to supporting learners to progress and develop within their care and support roles, from L2 through to management. I take pride in providing tailored support that meets individual learning needs and helps each learner achieve their full potential.

I enjoy using my experiences to support others to achieve their goals within the sector. I currently support learners to achieve their level 2 and 3 qualification and I am committed to ensure they achieve and enjoy their learning journey. Outside of work, I enjoy spending quality time with my family. I also love to travel and visit new places

I love helping people discover their potential and passion in hospitality, it’s all about sharing skills and seeing them shine.

I find the role most rewarding when building strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and employers, while sharing my knowledge of apprenticeships, funding, and compliance to support high-quality delivery.

As part of my role, I support the Health & Social Care team by managing learner registrations, certifications, and tutor support. I am responsible for apprenticeship registrations for end point assessment and functional skills, whilst providing wider business support across the organisation. Outside of work I enjoy travelling, walking and cooking.

My role has evolved over time which has meant I now work with a range of departments across Swatpro Academies and their partners.Outside of work, I enjoy swimming, walks and spending time with my family.
