Swatpro Academy specialises in apprenticeships and job training for the Hospitality and Catering industry, digital roles both within the traditional Digital and IT Sector, Business Admin, Customer Service and Leadership and Management and Engineering.

Our Digital Academy Academy works with employers who would like in-house IT support in Devon and more widely across the South West of England and is run by industry specialists.

Our Hospitality and Catering Academy is headed up by industry experts and works with many 4* and 5* hotels, restaurants, cafes and catering businesses.

Our Business Skills Academy works with employers across every sector across the South West of England and is run by industry experts.

Our Engineering Academy offer specialised mechanical engineering apprenticeships, fulfilling local employers needs. Working with SMEs through to Global Multi-National Organisations. Swatpro Academy's engineering delivery partner is the British Engineering Manufacturers Association (BEMA) training centre at Yate. BEMA have a dedicated training centre to aid recruitment and the training of apprentices, graduates and the workforce so that industry can combat the shortfall in trained, qualified engineers.

We currently work across the South West of England.

Apprenticeships are delivered by our experienced and qualified trainers using their extensive industry knowledge, passion and skills to deliver an apprenticeship where the learning received will develop your apprentices’ skills, knowledge and behaviours, increasing their efficiency and adding value to your business.
