Adriana made an excellent start to her programme, demonstrating strong commitment, motivation and engagement from the outset. She consistently produced work of a high standard and showed a clear ability to apply her knowledge and learning within her professional role.

Achieving an overall Distinction is an exceptional and thoroughly deserved outcome. It reflects not only the consistently high standard of Adriana’s work, but also the professionalism, resilience and commitment she demonstrated throughout her learning journey.

We would also like to thank Adriana’s employer for the invaluable support provided during her programme. They have been hugely supportive of Adriana and are strong advocates for staff development, learning and training. This type of employer commitment makes a significant difference, giving apprentices the encouragement and opportunities they need to develop and succeed. @RCPA

Adriana should be incredibly proud of everything she has achieved. Her journey is a wonderful example of what can be accomplished through determination, flexibility, excellent employer support and a continued commitment to professional development.

Congratulations, Adriana—your Distinction is very well deserved! Pictured with Healthcare Tutor, Sarah.
